Don't list Something You Don't Have then try to Post the Item as Delivered
This is more a seller's review than a product review.I ordered this item and it had a week's worth of delays and rescheduled times, along with me getting messages that I could get a refund by a certain date (which kept changing). Today was my day to request a refund and I see that the item is marked as "delivered" a week ago! This item was never delivered. I do see that my account shows a pending refund but this item should have never been listed as it seems it is not available!!I ended up finding this same futon at WalMart for $60 CHEAPER.

Horrible!!!
Do not order from this seller. They never sent the package to me!!! And only after reaching out MANY times did they finally give me a response. Still no futon a week later and no idea if they’re going to issue a refund to me or not. They’re not worth it. You can get same product through other sellers like on Walmart
