Good product

Sturdy look and feel, Bluetooth calling is also spot on, reason for 2 stars is not entirely sure when this watch will be unusable as after 2 weeks intermittently was switched offupdate as on 18 March 2022since the last feedback, the watch display is completely off and when contacted FireBoltt customer care via Email with the purchase details and product issue video, received an email stating that the product will be replaced within a weeks time (this was on 3 March 22, support ticket num : 55984) but not received any replacement and even the emails or calls remain unansweredNot worth wasting your time, money and effort (following up with a non existent customer service) on FireBoltt productsHence my feedback is ZERO starsYet Again Another update..2 Apr 2022Received a replacement, this seems sturdy and works fine, appreciate the company's replacement policy but the wait was long had to write a lot of follow up emails, but worth it !! hence changing to 4 stars

If you thinking to buy any boltt product please don't they don't give any warranty or any services, I applied for registration of warranty they asked me to review product first to register warranty and after reviewing it they aren't responding, even customer care number doesn't work they don't pick up or says switched off, so if u still wanna buy it you can on your own risk 🙂Product is good, have battery life of 8-9 days on average usage, software needs some optimization else everything is fine and I bought it for 3999.Writing this review after using it for a half month .Pros-1.Battery life of 8-9 days without using battery saver.2.HD display3.Mic and speaker with 479MB storage for music.4.There is printed 8 sports mode but there are 30 sports mode in watch5.Additional features like, games, stopwatch, torch, alarm,timer.6.can connect any Bluetooth audio device and enjoyCons-1.its laggy sometimes2. Find phone and calculator app are missing, hope they will add later on an update3.Software optimization needed, sometimes it takes several minutes to update status on phoneNote- 1.If watch battery is dying quickly or very fast , just reset it and problem should be resolved, it worked for me. It was draining like 44% to 2% in 5 mins.2.Sometimes Bluetooth device cannot connects so just restart watch. It will be solved.3.And left swipe is used as "back" button in this watch

The media could not be loaded.  Watch is very good with lots of features that one can expect.Here are some common questions that people have and their solutions:1. Battery is discharging very fast.Solution: Just reset the phone once and it should be ok.2. The raise to wake up is not working.Solution: Again, a simple reset solves these common problems.3. Don’t know how to save music in the watch.S: Connect the watch to any computer with the charging cable given. An additional drive will show in the computer. Open it and add any music files you want.4. Calling function is not working.S: First open the app and connect with the watch. Now you will only get notification of call. Connect in phone Bluetooth the watch. Now you can also call through the app. SO, 2 different connections are required.5. BP function does not give accurate results.S: In none of the smartwatches BP result displaced accurately. So, crib not.Hope, I have covered most of the common questions of all.

Good Product

The media could not be loaded.  Received the watch in nice packaging. Watch itself has very good build quality for the price with a metallic body and glass screen. Speaking of the screen, the screen is very responsive and bright, in fact I had to reduce the brightness of the photo so that the screen was clear in the photo lol. The sensors all work fine and the fitness features are useful. The gaming part tbh is kind of misleading as there's only 2 simple games on it (flappy bird and some number merge game). The Bluetooth calling works well and I also tested some music. The mic and speakers are very good and the person on the call could hear me clearly and I could her them clearly. You can also connect Bluetooth headphones to the watch and listen to music from it. Do keep in mind that for the watch to be able to play the music the bitrate should be 128kbps and you need to transfer mp3 files from a PC with the included cable. The magnetic charging cable works well, though it is a bit short.There are 100 watch faces to choose from and you can also upload a photo from your phone using the Dafit app. Speaking of the app, the app is amazing to use. It helps control the watch and change the screen timeout and turn on/off raise to wakeand all the health features such as heart rate can be measured through the app automatically on specified intervals. All-in-all would 100 percent recommend the watch for 4000 rupees :)

Function are too good

Watch is good. I'm reviewing it after one month of uses,got it @3999 and at this price point the features of the smart watch like Bluetooth calling, HD quality display, music player, temperature monitoring etc are value for money coz you will not get all these features in competitors brand at 4k price point.Cons: Bp monitor is a big joke inaccurate.Bluetooth calling in outdoor crowded environment is very poor you will barely hear the opponent voice.Bluetooth Connectivity is very slow sometimes refused to connect.Last and most importantly battery life, without Bluetooth calling it will last 5 days with continuous heart monitoring.2days max with Bluetooth calling enable at fair uses of 1 hour Per day.Verdict: At 4k it's really a good watch to have. But if you wait for some days you will get a better updated version very soon.
