Seems to be good. I feel some difference in my body. I'm a heavy drinker. Stopped drinking and started taking this liver detox. In 20 days, I feel even my digestion is back to normal. Oh this bottle cap was a cutte little surprise. But overall, the tablets are great and go down easy. I love that it's vegetarian and helps detox the liver in a very non intrusive and effortless manner.
