Dishes come out clean
If it were up to me, I'd be buying the 'regular' name brand dishwasher pods that are advertised in the coupons and supermarket ads. But, my wife insists on certain 'woo-woo' type products, so rather than sleep in the car, I compromise where I can. A few years back, this Method product was noticeably less efficient than the name brands, but either they've improved the cleaning properties, or perhaps my replacing my dishwasher was the key, but it now gets the dishes clean and probably helps the environment as well. To be brief, it works. Dishes go in dirty and come out clean.

The best
I like this product because they don’t test on animals. And I am very surprised that this product cleans my dishes better than any product has ever done. I will continue to use these. This is my second order so it’s been about a year. If you care about animals and the cruelty that they do to them then this is the product for you. Try it I swear to you it is amazing.

Better than Cascade Pods?
UPDATE - Method pods, we have to talk. It's not me, it's you. I tried to make this relationship work, but your heart just isn't in cleaning my dishes. You leave less spots than Cascade (which, according to itself, is the best-rated), but in the end I still had to clean up after you on every load. I eventually bought a new dishwasher -- which helped, but still did not elminate the spots. Then I switched to Finish and only then was I able to totally get rid of them. (And Finish is cheaper, too.) I had been using Cascade dishwasher pods for years, because this product was the best I could find for minimizing spots. However, it's one of the most expensive dishwasher detergents and the price keeps increasing. Furthermore, it is getting harder to find in stores (especially in the larger, more economical size). It’s even unavailable on Amazon sometimes. So, I was looking for an alternative. One day, I saw a you-tube video comparing Cascade pods to other popular products. The reviewer mentioned that Cascade powder had the same ingredients at a much lower price. His contention was that you're paying a lot more just for the water and the pod. So, I switched to the power and it cleaned just as well. (Truthfully, if anything, it was a little better as far as the spots go.) But the packaging had dire warnings about getting the powder on your hands. It even cautioned that it could damage clothes and other fabrics. I began to wonder how safe it is to have this stuff around the house. So I started looking for an alternative. Some of the supposedly natural and organic dishwasher detergents had similar warnings to Cascade. There was precious little information about how well any of these cleaned. And the prices were closer to what I was spending on Cascade pods, rather than the powder. I've been using the Method pods for over a week now. (I have small dishwasher and do a load almost every day). It costs more than any dishwashing powder, but less than Cascade pods. It cleans as well as Cascade and my dishes have few spots from the detergent (hardly any at all). I don't know if any product can completely prevent them. The Method pods seem to be smaller than Cascade's, so perhaps they are more appropriate for small dishwashers.

Love that they are unscented
Love that these are unscented especially for baby bottles. Not as great on tough grease as other brands though.
