Bottle was a little smushed but that’s not the manufacturers fault, that’s Amazon. Taste like nothing as expected, longevity is good and stays fresh and lasts for ages. Color is healthy, texture as expected and good quality. Great brand, value and choice for flax seed.

I’ve been using these ground flax seeds for a long time, and they still haven’t run out — the package is really large. I use them regularly, so this was a pleasant surprise. They have almost no taste or smell, which makes them very easy to add to meals. I use them mainly for health benefits, and after reading about how good flax seeds are, you’ll probably want to try them too. The lid is very practical: one opening for pouring more, and smaller holes on the other side to control the amount. Simple, but very convenient. Good quality, fresh, easy to use — and they even make dishes look nicer when sprinkled on top. Very happy with this purchase.

My go to ground flax seed, it helps lower my BP, 2 tbsp daily does it, I put it in any foods, or sprinkle on top, no taste does not affect any food or meal I use it in, very solid & trustworthy brand, with a good price.

I've gotten this multiple times because the price is good and the quality is good! It's the perfect size for my purposes. I always add some of this into my oat flour pancake mix, and also into oat flour muffins - whether I make pumpkin, blueberry, banana, or whatever! I also add these into a bowl of oatmeal. The ground flax makes these baked goods taste so hearty, and I like the added nutrition it provides for my family and me. It doesn't pour too well out of either side of the holes of the cap, so I just take the cap completely off and pour. Usually I'm adding at least 1/4 cup at a time into my recipes so I don't mind.
