I want to exchange the size but it's ineligible for a return? It wa deleuvered today and I did the return less than 24hrs. How is this ok? Your sizing is off, so if I want to get the correct size I have to gamble on a lower size but what if that doesn't fit. Buyers, these are cute, but sizing is unpredictable. I've been trying to reach out to anyone to help

I didn’t like the overall quality of the shoe. It was really hard. And not soft & rubbery. Also hurts your foot after wearing them for an hour.
