I have been using this stuff for months and totally notice a difference in focus and brain fog or lack there of. I mix it with my goats milk powder in the mornings and take it as a shot but have mixed it in my teas and coffee :)

I am currently using this to make a hair and facial mask but have used Bacopa Monnieri in capsule form to support immune health and also curb aches and pains successfully. I may use this in a smoothie at some point and will update the review with any necessary info. The powder is fine and mixes well with water. I like how it makes my skin feel and am hopeful it will be beneficial to my hair. The bag it comes in is resealable and opaque to prevent any degradation from light. I think the price makes this a good value too.

Looks to be legit and high quality brahmi powder! That's good because I will be using these as one of the ingredients in my diy ayuverdic hair masks. If you didn't already know brahmi is great for treating hair loss or just accelerating hair growth.
