I use this in my coffee every morning.at first I was skeptical and thinking this won't help my knees BUT it does.

I added this to the Devil's Claw I was already taking and it has bumped up the efficacy by about 50% - my back pain is now about 90-95% gone. The most surprising thing though is what it is doing for my face. This stuff is unbelievable for skin - my underlying redness is gone, and my wrinkles have all improved markedly. I mix it with some aloe and put it on after moisturizing. This gets rid of any shine from the moisturizer and makes my face look like I've put on foundation, except there is nothing there. It is absolutely amazing for this. I've read this stuff builds up collagen, but it is way too fast for this to be happening. I started noticing results in both the pain and my skin almost immediately, so I'm not sure what mechanism this is using. It is stimulating, however. You don't feel it immediately - it kind of creeps up on you later. Don't take it at night, and maybe cut back or eliminate caffeine while using this. I haven't experienced any other side effects from it.

I have been searching for a very pure version of MSM and I finally found it here with BulkSupplements. It’s best to mix the MSM with a vitamin C powder. I find that I have no pain after exercising and my nails are growing superfast and I feel that my hair has started growing in a week, I know that seems nuts but I have my hair in braids so I can tell that there’s some new growth. No horrible taste, it dissolves easy in water and you can add it to orange juice or any of your favorite drinks.
