Happy with this watch so far - around 3 weeks of usage since purchase.
Bought through the Used / New Amazon option, chose the 'Like New' one that was listed and I must admit I was very pleased, it came in the normal original Huawei box which was in very good condition and the watch inside was perfect as was the little USB charging pad etc... and still it was near £50 less than the Brand new one advertised on the main Amazon page. So very please with this. Now the watch. I really like it and I am happy with my choice. It looks nice, the screen is fab because fingerprints / smudges etc... do not actually stick on it so it always looks mint. I am however worried about scratching it and so thinking of getting a screen protector. There seems to be a endless selection of watch faces you can download via the app as well as the ability of using your own pictures. You can load some of your music on it like an MP3 player - Obviously do not expect top quality dolby sound quality but it's pretty good still (will obviously drain your battery) Aoart from the time, you get the weather, moon and tide phases etc.... and the Health app. The get Huawei Health downloaded on my phone was a tad of a pain in the rearside. You first have to download AppGallery from the Play Store as Huawei Health is not downloadable straight from Play store. Once you have AppGallery, you can search and download Huawei Health from it. It's a pain and a faff but I eventually got there. The Health app is OK, compared to the Samsun Health on my phone, it doesn't cover things I would like it too, like keeping a record of your meals etc.... at at the same time, offers things like Blood pressure / ECG that you can only do via another wearable accessory. You get sleep monitoring, usual Step counting, Blood Oxygene, Stress monitoring, Drinking water reminders..... and then the actually excercises / training stuff of which there is quite a selection to chose from. There is a 'find my phon'e from the watch and 'find my watch' from the phone app. , alarm clock (individual from the one on the phone app, which can be annoying as I currently have 3 alarms going at once in the morning and I haven't sussed out if/how to turn the once via the sleep monitoring on the Huawei health app without turning the whole sleep monitoring off. There is also something annoying about the sleep monitoring, which is that it will not allow you to set it for a 5am wake up. Apparently, people at Huawei do not wake up before 6 to go to work. The alarm you can set for 5am though. There is a compass, cycle monitoring for the ladies, a breathing exercise... You can set the permissions so you receive notifications on your watch for What's App, texts, messenger, calendar, phone calls can be made etc.... I am still fiddling with the watch quite a lot so so far my experience is the battery goes down quite quickly based on how many of the fitness reminders and notification you receive and how much you play with the watch's widgets. However, the little magnetic charging base, which is about the same size as the watch, is great and the watch charges very very quickly. The whole thing is magnetic so your watch stays firmly on it and the base can attach itself to any metal surface and it doesn't have to be horizontal. So anyway, I have had this watch just under 3 weeks now and so far I am happy enough with it and what it does, though the app has goods and not so good options. It's a nice watch, looks good and as an upgrade from my previous £29 fitness tracker, it's a very good choice.

Impressive little powerhouse of a smart watch
This is my first serious smartwatch and I’m quite impressed with the features it offers. Appearance I have thin wrists so the 42mm version suits me perfectly, though I did swap out the rather plain band for a third party one that I liked better. Has both a multifunction crown and press button on the right of the unit, perfectly round smooth face which still looks good after a month of use exposed to water, sweat and garden dirt. Software allows you to download and use a large number of free watch faces, so you’re bound to find one you like if you don’t fancy any of the default ones. The whole lot comes in a decent compact box and presents itself as a quality item. Features Covers all the exercise activities I do. Built in GPSR is very respectable, though I’d ideally like it to start up a little bit quicker for the location acquisition but it’s not a deal breaker. Health monitoring includes heart rate tracker, sleep tracker, blood oxygen levels, stress monitoring and temperature. It also has a number of fitness encouraging features, to nag you to get active and provides a mini dopamine hit when letting you know you’ve reached target goals you’ve set. Performance The most important fact, the battery for me typically lasts 4-5 days which is fine given that I receive a lot of notifications and play with it a lot. Charging is a simple affair of just popping it onto its magnetic induction charger which I tend to do when busy sat working in front of the computer because I wear during sleeps. Interactions with both buttons and screen are nice and responsive, and the display is perfectly clear in all but the brightest of conditions. Could do better The Apple app for it apparently lacks some features the Android app is supposed to have, such as managing music playlists so if you have an Android phone you should be okay. The app’s user interface and purchasing options are quite clunky so this takes some shine off the overall product experience. Conclusion I normally wear just old school analogue watches and believed a watch should just need to tell the time. However, having tried this for a while it is quite handy for monitoring and keeping record of my activities and health right from my wrist. I also never liked the rectangular shape of the popular fruity make of smartwatch, so this to me looked better and slightly less geeky. It certainly doesn’t cost as much as other smartwatches on the market, so I’m particularly pleased with its value for money, features and quality, even more so for getting it cheap on Prime day. A great item for anyone considering a decent smart watch that looks and performs well.

Excellent
Bought this to replace my Samsung S3 Frontier. Mainly to be used for fitness/activity tracking so was looking for good battery life, good screen and good gps. I'm not really interested in having NFC or being able to reply to messages from the watch. I can view all my notifications which is good enough for me. Also not bothered by lack of 3rd party apps, I always found apps to be generally poor when using my previous Samsung. Watch was easy to setup once correct version of Huawei health app was installed. I'm very impressed with the health app itself, easily one of the best I've used. I use Strava and had to use a third party app Health Sync to upload my activities to it. Tracking activities so far seems to be spot on and Gps signal is quickly picked up. Battery life seems to be excellent and close to what they claim, screen is bright and vibrant even when viewed outside Plenty watch faces to choose from and the app selection is more than enough for me. Harmony OS seems to be really snappy and can only get better as they add more features and improvements Overall really impressed and pleased with my choice. Spent hours looking at reviews and YouTube videos before going for this.

Wow this is very impressive.
So i paid £119.99 which is a steal for what your getting, I went for this after about a week looking at reviews online and in here and it has a very good reviews, this is my 5th day with the watch and I've used it loads setting it up and just getting familiar with it and my battery is at 82% which is crazy also the pictures people put up don't do it any justice as the watch has a stunning screen very bright and colourful and looks better in real life it's so clear, there is nothing it can't do apart from making you a cup of tea it's and i hate this word but it's awesome.

Great Watch
I upgraded my GT2 to this GT3 both watches are amazing but GT3 just nicks first spot. Battery lasts just over 2 weeks with all sensors on 24 hours a day, however only lasts just a week and a bit if I use the music player that's built in for 40mins every day for 5 days. Build quality is great and the tracking seems accurate for me however I can not confirm if they are 100% accurate. I use this with a non Huawei phone and works flawlessly however there are some features that require a Huawei phone but I don't need them features. The only down side for me is the charging cradle, you can't use an after market usb type c cable as the cable is not detachable (if you need it to be longer) it is hard wired into the cradle.

Watch: Ace App: not so much
This watch is tremendous. A great looking piece and with usable functionality way beyond anything I imagined. It's not medigade in its measurements but I have had a doctors SPO2 machine attached and the watch gave the exact same reading of blood oxygenation and heartbeat in real time as the machine. So far so good. I also had a Huawei phone with the Health App preinstalled and it connected like a dream and worked a treat. So far, even better. Then I changed the phone. Download the app. Constantly crashes and completely useless on Samsung phone. Had to uninstall. Have had to keep the old Huawei just for the app. Not ideal but a workaround and will do. So if Huawei made the app compatible with other makes of phone I would never suggest you look further than this watch. Even then the watch is so good it saves the whole rating to 3 stars. Battery is amazing. I use all the functionality and easily get 7 - 8 days. I can well believe the 14 day battery life claim if you didn't use the exercise functions so much. Charges so fast too. Lightening! Re the app though, that is a downside. Must be mainstream manufacturers have something against Huawei. I wonder what that might be.
