Kanu Surf Men's Contender Extended Size Swim Trunk

I was a little apprehensive about ordering these without seeing them first. But, the price was too good to pass up, and I really need a new pair of swim shorts.The fit is fantastic! There is just a little bit of elastic that doesn't "cinch" but keeps them from sagging down too. I did find myself drawing the drawstring pretty tight, as I was concerned they may...disappear if the right wave came along. But, they were roomy without feeling baggy. I was probably just being over cautious.Really like the blue/grey/red plaid color in person. Works great with whatever T or tank I threw on.The material did take longer to dry than I expected, however. It has a cheap, polyester-like feel to it. Which, considering the price, is ok. But the shorts seemed to hold on to water for quite longer than I'm used to. They dried overnight on the dock. But, other shorts I've owned have been dry by time I walked back to the house. In direct, hot sun, I would expect these to dry as quickly.All things considered, these are a great pair of swim shorts. But if you're going on vacation, I'd recommend taking something dry to change into once you're done in the water.

Nice swim trunks for a very reasonable price. And the plaid actually matches at all the seams -- which is rare in less expensive clothing items. My husband likes the swim trunks and says they are comfortable.

I don't know if these run large or if the 44W I bought my husband in another brand ran small but these were a great fit.

these were perfect - sizing was off in the chart, but i went with my instincts. The 5X was about a 54"waist, just what we needed. Good quality.
