This is a solid incubator and egg turner for a decent price. The instructions are detailed and helped us hatch turkey eggs our first time. The thermometer is not perfect, so you will need to adjust the thermostat after your first hatch. I recommend (as do the instructions) you hatch cheap eggs before putting in expensive or important eggs. This will help you fine tune the humidity and temperature. You will not know if the temperature is too high or too low until hatch, and it's hard to test humidity levels without eggs and without days of time. The instructions include a very helpful troubleshooting guide.THIS EGG TURNER WORKS FINE FOR TURKEY EGGS. Don't let other reviewers convince you otherwise. I looked for a long time for someone who would vouch for a specific egg turner for use with heritage turkey eggs. I took a chance with this egg turner and was very pleased. I'm half way through my second hatch.The only downsides are that the fan causes the hardware in the incubator to rattle, which makes it pretty loud. We got used to this after a few days. The other downside is that the plastic egg turner is made a little cheap, so don't sit on it or it will break.
