It is not bitter enough. Did not stop anyone from chewing

Even though the Bitter Apple didn't work on my dog, when I contacted them, they refunded my money right away. It is nice to have someone stand behind what they tell you. According to our dog's trainer, the bitter apple works wonderfully on almost any dog, but unfortunately, not on ours. I would still recommend it to deter chewing and biting from what I've heard from many other dog owners. If there is a problem with the product, be assured that the customer service is great!

All that was delivered was an empty bottle. Lid wasn’t on properly.

I purchased the 5x strength cause I really needed to curb my miniature dachshunds, who are 11 weeks old, from chewing basically anything they get a hold of. So, when the product arrived, I sprayed their doggie ramp, the sofa legs, pretty much anything at eye level for them. Didn't even slow them down, in fact, when I went to spray again they got excited, tails wagging, couldn't wait till I sprayed. But , funny turn of events, I sprayed so much it accidentally got on my lips and gotta tell ya, it's a nasty remedy to chewing stuff. I haven't chewed anything in days!! Seriously, it does taste awful, and lingers. Unfortunately my dogs loved it, so my quest continues for an effective solution.

Unfortunately, this product failed to work. I would advise against purchasing it.
