It's a bit bigger than I expected, but for the price and brand it's a good one.

Don't take it personally, generally i give most folks a 4 out of 5 starz as i find very few things worthy of "perfection". It must be a purdy good phone though since my homeless friend asked me to get this one out of all the selections he could have made. (There you go.)

I purchased two of these phones, from different sellers, one for me to use as a backup phone and one for a pre-teen family member. They were advertised as new, but when I tried to set up the supposedly new phones, I was informed by the cellphone carrier that the phones were locked with a balance owing. In other words, I was sold used and worthless phones. Because of my bad experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this phone.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This show the item in box... I got mine in a zip lock bag, and the charge was wrapped up with a rubber band. It was kind of sad because I can buy the same one for the same price at the store. And it didnt end up working for the service it listed. So yes, dont waste your time or money here

I just can't use it with my plan even though the website from the company said I could. I use it like a mini tablet instead, with wifi.

Just wanted people to know despite that assurance wireless says the hydro reach phones work with their service this one doesn't

Tired of having to say it.no.it didnt.it's an unlocked piece of junk.that I wished if never bought.idk it was unlocked.till it was too late.to stop shipment.do not buy this phone.no activation card.no number to call to activate.I was tricked by so called customer care.thought if got it activated.come to find out it wasn't.so no it didn't.worse mistake of my life

screen froze after not even a month and I couldn't take the sd card out. cameras are grainy and it's typical for apps to close on you
