Almost speechless
I had an ignition switch go out on July 3rd. I ordered a replacement on July 3rd. On the 4th of July bright and early the replacement was on our porch. I switched out the switch for switch and everything worked perfectly. I went from semi bummed out on July 3rd to elated on the 4th of July. Fit perfectly. Very easy to install. Looks durable feels durable. Time will tell if this product is a value for the money.

The safety tab kept popping off. The switch might also be defective. It worked once (turned over engine) and stopped working. Not sure right now if electrical or switch. I'm leaning towards switch. In any case, the safety tab keeps popping off, its a no go!

Affordable compared to a marine shop.
It fit perfect, needed the proper wiring diagram and the pontoon started right up. Very easy to install. The marine by our cabin wanted twice as much as I was able to purchase it from you.

Kill Switch Falls Off
The kill switch lanyard constantly pops off. Had to unplug the kill switch wire to make it usable.

Worked Perfectly
My pontoon working start at the ignition…this fixed it immediately. Saved me a bunch of money and time.

Poor quality/ drop in replacement.
Drop-in replacement for older OMC ignition key switch. Poor quality, but connectors worked just fine. It is a 3 minute install. However, the dead man switch appears to be completely useless. It was difficult to get on and absolutely not required to start the boat. Not sure what to make of that exactly.

This item failed after shortly after installation. Not worth the trouble and the risk. Would you want to be stranded with you family on a boat in the middle of nowhere because of a faulty switch! I gave it a 1 only because you had too in order to leave a review.

Tether for kill switch not latching to ignition switch body. Keeps falling off. Shipping date not accurate.

Not a user friendly item...I'm a licensed mechanic and even I had to fool around with it to install
