These work so well. Typically the lactaid doesn’t work for me but these worked great for me and my child who also struggles with lactose

I have super greasy hair to the point of feeling waxy due to being lactose intolerant. After 4 days of taking this my hair was normal for the first time in ages. I stopped taking it and the weird hair came back so i'm going to take it longer and try again!

Got this to help with milk allergy. Seems to be working, as my tongue does not get as itchy. Hoping to get rid of the milk allergy altogether with continued use.
