This is a product that i use for health benefits to supplement marine collagen to have a full array or amino acids, as L-lysine isnt present in collagen It really helps my weight training and strength straining The ingredients are simple. It has no smell. It is a rather large pills. Keep that in mind. I did not see an effect on my skin or sleep quality

I like their capsules. My fault that I did not see that I was buying tablets this time. They are huge and very difficult to swallow. I’m glad I don’t take them every day. I like the manufacturer so I’ll make sure to get the capsules next time. I take these when I feel a cold sore coming on and it cuts the time in half and it’s not as painful. You have to take them more than once a day and a couple thousand mg each time. Was recommended by a pharmacist.

I would not go without this supplement. Our bodies need it and we cannot produce it. It strengthens your immune system as well as many other health benefits. I use to get cold sores all the time and terrible colds all the time, as long as I don't get to lazy in taking it everyday, it helps tremendously in keeping them away. A few yrs ago, had gotten shingles, which is nothing you want to experience. It was after that, that I started taking L-Lysine. As soon as I would feel that little tingles and pokes from the shingles trying to come back, I would take a couple, and the symptoms would stop. I haven't felt anything related to shingles since then. It works excellent for me. If I had any health issues I would definitely check with doctor first. It is all natural but with certain circumstances some may not be able to take it. It is well worth doing your research, you will be pleasantly surprised.
