I find this product to be an excellent option when it comes to Zinc. If you're like many people, taking Zinc can be a bit rough. Some experience upset stomach/nausea. These appear to be buffered (that's just the impression I get) and are much easier to take.

I get these every year to take during cold season. I never catch a cold. Maybe I'm lucky, maybe it's the Zinc. For this price, it's worth it to me, just in case.

I give it 5 stars for the price I wil stop using it since I read that 50 mg is too much and can lead to copper deficiency leading other healt issues the recommended dosage for a normal person is 40 mg daily

These did nothing for my cold, just upset my stomach. They're good you, I just have to convince myself to take them & suffer the belly ache.
