I was thinking about buying a cable pulley for my small home gym for a while and I finally bought this one and I'm in love! Works great, really smooth, attachments work fine.The only thing is, when putting it together the instructions tell you to loop the cable and everything prior to threading it through the wheel but mine wouldn't fit no matter which way I tried so I took it apart, threaded it, and then created the loop.Really loving this thing!!

This is pretty easy to setup and use. For me it's great for tricep extensions and other lighter weight exercises. For my wife it's good enough for lat pull downs too, since she doesn't pull that much weight. This is a definite positive addition to a home gym. Does it do everything a cable machine will do in a gym? No. But it does some and that helps. The price is reasonable. It's durable enough for my wife and I in our home gym, but it's not commercial grade. It's easy to setup and take down. I'd definitely recommend this for a home gym.

Great product for a great price! I use it almost every day for bodybuilding from home. Excellent Range of motion for pull downs or curls and flys.

I have been looking for an attachment to add to my rig so that I could do cable pushdowns and curls. This works perfectly and seems solid and well built!

I have a power tower, for pull ups and dips. I hoked this up in 20 minutes and everything worked perfect.Who ever designed this is a Genius everything worked and you provided everything I needed to expand my workout routine. I love it and I would recommend this for anyone who has limited space.
