Cod Liver in Natural Oil | 115g tinned with Oil | 100% Natural from Wild Cod x12

I'd been meaning to get some cod liver ever since I saw Dr Berg mention it a couple years back. I saw the reviews here and decided to order. Vitamin A is crucial for eye health and this is why I ordered them, as they're packed full of Vitamin A and D. We all know that D is excellent for our health. I didn't know what to expect taste-wise but they're so good! I was thinking perhaps it would be a strong fishy flavour but it's anything but. The livers are tender and mildly flavoured, they taste luxurious and they come in the liver oil, plenty of it. I made sure not to waste a drop. I had them with ryvita and made sure every drop of oil was absorbed. I've bought some gorgeous sourdough to have with them now. I will have them twice a week and will see how it goes. I slept so much better the night after I had them the first time. I think I must have been in great need of the Vitamin D. I always want a stock of these from now on.

A very tasty, high-quality product. And so healthy, too. I recommend it to anyone who wants healthy and nutritious food. Buy it!

Good quality product! Tbh, cod liver doesn’t taste great and not keen on the texture. However, I’m satisfied whenever I eat it knowing that its wild caught, so beneficial to my health.. Definitely worth purchasing in bulk as its better value for money Would highly recommend it!

Bought twice, will buy again. People spend ridiculous amounts of cash on junk. If they should eat anything, it's this.

I can only echo the comments from other 5 star reviews. I was unsure if I'd like this but after watching Dr Berg I gave it a go. It really is creamy and it really is delicious with only a mild taste of fish. I now have it on subscription.
