I keep repurchasing this vitamin C. I bought it because I trust the Thorne brand, and since I have a sensitive stomach, many vitamin C supplements cause stomach irritation even when taken with food. This one does not. I haven’t noticed any dramatic effects yet, but I believe it will be beneficial in the long term.

This is an excellent product and I like the lower dosage per tablet, since we only absorb 200-500mg per dose, which remains in our system around only 5 hours, and the rest we pee out. We take one tablet morning and again in the evening, several hours before bed so we're not having to make a lot of bathroom trips during the night. Use your own good judgement!

I’ve been using it for a short time I’m not sure of the results. But it’s easy to swallow since I have a little trouble with that. Not too large. The Cost is worth it! easy on the tummy. I take it in the morning with my coffee and breakfast to enhance my collagen powder supplement. You’d like it. No flavor which is winner.
