Q: will this hold my 260lbs?

To ALL new viewers - Check to see what this is made of ! I bought this in May 2019 and mine is ALL stainless steel not cast aluminum like the one that is now (November 2019) being sold.

Q: How far apart are the mounting holes?

2-1/4 across and 3-3/4 up and down

Q: When folded how far does it protrude? Want to use on a boat behind a cabin door that is sometimes open against the mounting surface with a few inches

It is compatible. When folded up.. maybe 1-2” sticks out.. I would measure but that truck was sold.. In 13 years no issues, best thing added.. .. in PA weather

Q: What size diameter are the bolt holes?

Mounting Hole Diameter is 0.33" Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks
