Q: Hi, I have relatively small wrists hence my watches doesn’t fit to most cushions as they are too big. Are these cushions for big or small wrist sizes?

Big or small is somewhat subjective, so I won't say either. What I can tell you is the circumference of the cushion at rest is 7.5inches and compressed is around 6.75 inches.
