I found this very easy to install (mounted into the ceiling). It took some elbow grease but not to bad. Once the brackets were installed, it's super easy to hang and remove the swing when needed. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and messed my back up pretty good. This yoga swing has worked wonders on my back so far! I am looking forward to learning new stretches and exercises! It is also quite comfortable to just lay in when my back and hips are in so much pain is hurts too sit or lay down traditionally. The material so far seems to be of very good quality and I expect this to last me a very very long time. Cons: Instalation instructions were a bit lacking but luckily I already have knowledge of stuff like this. No booklet or information provided for even basic stretches / poses. It would have been nice to some beginner to yoga swings instructions. Overall: Great price. Great material. Super comfortable. Working wonders on my recovering back and hips. Poor installation instructions. No "getting started with yoga swing" information provided.

I researched different swings but decided to go with Upcircle for a few reasons. I wanted a swing that had good reviews. Upcircle reviews consistently mentioned quality. I noticed the quality as soon as I opened them up. The fabric is strong, yet smooth. The carabiners are also solid. The handles are a combo of the same fabric as the trapeze and a cushy handgrip. The handgrip is also solid and had a good feel in my hand. I hang the trapeze from a monkey bar at my karate studio (see pictures and video). The video shows the first use of trapeze EVER. It is very easy to assemble and comes with an e-book which provides instructions on how to use. I started with the trapeze in the lowest position to get comfortable with the movement then raised it up to waist height which is the recommended height. I felt very safe because it is surprising sturdy given how light the fabric is. Finally the cost can’t be beat. There are others that were less expensive but I didn’t mind spending a little more to get a better product. I am so pleased with the quality however that I know I got a really good deal with this purchase. Customer service has been very responsive as well so that’s another good thing. I recommend UpCircle to anyone who asks about the swing.

I researched multiple brands of yoga trapeze swings for my daughters birthday. This one more affordable than the others but had a lack of any reviews.... and thought I would give it a try. After ordering the company emailed us a PDF on installation and stretches. My husband installed this on our patio ; which was the biggest challenge. He went to Lowe's and purchases hardware to drill in hooks into the concrete. After that- the swing is easy to hang. This one actually came with the daisy chain extensions which I loved as the other brands I had to buy separately. These allow you to change the height of the swing in less than 30 seconds - thus perfect if you have multiple heights on people using it . For us we have our children and myself. Thus my daughter can easily lower the swing to her liking herself. The quality of the swing seems great - double sticking, fabric is not itchy , it has give to it ....but it is not silk as some of the $300 versions are. We also love that it is easy to switch out too....thus if you are a parent and install this , the carabiner clips make it simple to take down if you don't want it up 24/7. Also if your a parent and you have a gymnast of a child like we do ....I highly recommend putting a thick mat underneath it if you are using over concrete. Your child will want to flip around in it / and the matt will protect them while they get the hang of it. One other thing to note - I had a question and the buyer answered very quickly the same day. We are very happy- glad I took the plunge and bought it without it having any reviews and plan on buying more for my nieces for Christmas.

I bought this as a present for my husband (and me 😜) I installed the included support on my concrete ceiling and it is super stable Wich makes us feel safe. The set comes with the mounting brackets and screws for wood and concrete, Daisy chains, the swing and handles with the climbing hooks. We have used it for excercise (even though we bought it for "excersice", if you know what I mean) and it has been amazing, my husband and I are already doing full inversions feeling safe! Even though we are on the heavy side ( 80 and 110 kg) This swing has done marvels for our backs and also works as a great soothing tool when we are very stressed. I have cocooned myself in the swing several times and it has helped me lower my stress (or control a panic attack) I do have two drawbacks to this set. - the carabineers are very sharp and are starting to damage the fabric of the swing handles ( fortunately the swing part comes with a black strap and is not attached directly to the carabineer) so I think I will need to replace them. They are also really small, so they are hard to get trough the daisy chain. - One of the daisy chain loop stitching broke. That was scary! Thankful it happened to me and not my husband. I was mounting the swing using the handles and The stich just fell apart. Good thing every daisy chain is held up by 4 rows of stitching so nothing happened. I started to use the other side of that daisy chain to feel safer. Finally a little SUMMARY. The swing set is great, love the material of the fabric and the well made mounting system, But I do recommend getting better carabineers that are not sharp, are bigger and easier to use. It's a great deal for your money with a few adjustments.

I liked that this is a complete package. It contains everything to set up Ariel Yoga at home. Ceiling hooks, hammock, and carabiners. Please don’t expect it to be very long for very high ceilings. Perfect for ceiling height ranging from 9 ft to 11 ft. Material is truly sturdy and comparing other products, this is truly value for money product.

the carabiners were small, the handles were shorter than other slings i own, the whole sling was not the same quality as other brands i own. i have returned the sling.

Me encantó es muy resistente!, si sabes manejar herramientas en sencillo de poner pero no fácil, en mi caso la losa me dio un poco de trabajo. Aguanta hasta mi esposo que mide más de 1.80 y pesa más de 110kg. Es perfecto porque te permite ajustar la altura. Lo mejor de todo es que ya trae todos los herrajes y tornillos para su montaje.

This is a great addition in our living room. Kids swing on this all the time, you can take the hammock function off and just have handles to workout on/swing on. We got this before the covid lock down and it was great to have in the house. I don't do as much trapeze yoga on it as I thought I would. The kids mostly play on it or lay in it...
