Q: does this replace o cedar easy spin handle?

No, It did not fit the mop head

Q: How do I attach this to a mop head will it screw in or is there attachment piece to allow it to screw in the end of a mop?

There are holes in the mop handle. You unscrew the end on the mopheads and slide the mop head in there and there is a ring that florals around the mop hand in the mold hole.

Q: does this work with a 3/4" threaded pole?

The pole doesn't have any threads. The mop pad tightens around the pole.
