The little glue pack is pretty firm and the beads aren’t sticking. Did we get a faulty product?

You may have. You should be able to dip the applicator in the glue product and have it stick. Should not be too thick. You could probably use another glue. If you have a chance, watch the product video, it will show you how it is supposed to work. Sorry for the trouble.

Are we honestly meant to empty each container after each use? I tried to store mine full and they spilled because the lids dont close at all.

My niece put hers in the container, flat, so that they stay in the container.
