been using this brand for many years because of its usp testing for quality, purity and strength. it must work well; haven't had any fatigue issues after open heart 12 years ago. priced right if you shop around; some retailers like to rip you off.

I am only sorry the product is not Q-sorb. My doctor put me on this certain vitamin so far I can't complain as I don't know if it is helping me or not. Will take the bottle to my doctor next month and ask him. He did order the Q-sorb and I don't know how important that is, but will find out.

I like this brand and these pills. You only have to take one pill a day with a meal and they are rather small. I had switched to something cheaper but it wasn't a soft Gel and they are better absorbed. So I quit taking the other and bought another bottle of these. I have heard that 200mgs of Coq10 a day is wonderful for your heart and lowering cholesterol. My doctor seems ambivalent about CoQ10. It won't hurt you, he says. I object to the heavy use of color dyes in the product and may stop taking the pills until I find a version that is not full of dyes.

Speaking just as a patient, and consumer, I recommend Nature Made, and this type of CoQ10 (along with one other brand, reviewed separately) along with potassium, magnesium, and b-complex, for anyone with heart-specific issues such as palpitations, etc., and for general heart health.
