Worked great, was inexpensive and had free shipping. The old bulb had worn out so we ordered two new ones and they are working great. Shipping was very inexpensive also.

Does not fit Purebrush toothbrush sterilizer
I bought this to replace the G4T5 4W UV light in my Purebrush toothbrush sterilizer. It was too long for the sterilizer. I cannot speak to the quality of the bulb--just that it does not fit my sterilizer.

Did not match pictures
The light that came was plain and did NOT have specs matching the photo posted on Amazon. I think they should not use photos that do not match product as it's important to be sure UV light matches the specs your product requires.
