BOUGHT THIS IN NOV. 2022, over 2 years ago - and it's been a lifesaver. Originally bought this to help recovery from knee surgery. It is great and molds so well around the knee. Turns out, it is quite versatile. I've used it on my ankle, foot, shoulder... I pulled it out of the freezer this morning and it occurred to me how much use I've gotten and how much it has helped heal injuries. I think this is a great product, it's still like new, even the bag they gave to put it in the freezer with is still in great condition. I would recommend getting one just to have in the freezer for emergencies. Great value!

Great product. It stretches around your knees loose or tight and bends with your legs without digging into your skin or falling off. Nice thickness so it’s cold but not agonizingly cold. I often go to bed wearing it, which just shows how comfortable it is. If you know you need to ice your knees but don’t really like it, this product is perfect for you.

Another one was very comfortable but with all the foam padding it lost his chill very quickly! This one actually keeps cold and keeps your knee cold for much longer, and I ordered this brand because I had little ankle ice packs by this brand that did the same and worked well.

This is the BEST ever I have found!! I just love this ice pack. The versatility of use is endless. As I have a bone on bone issue with my knee this worked out perfectly to help eliminate the pain and the swelling. I use it every night. You can use it both ways for top of knee or reverse it and put it under your knee. The soft fabric helps eliminate having to use a "towel" to protect your skin of course unless you are super sensetive to cold then you most definitely would put a towel under it but I found no need to. Very pleased.

I got this for icing my new knee replacement. Worked ok, but overall it was easier and cheaper to get several large flat ice bags (about 6-8 inches wide, about a foot long). I could keep enough in freezer to keep a steady supply coming every couple hours and hold in place with elastic band (about $2). Plus, the cheaper flat bags wrapped around the knee better.

After biking or walking, I'll put this on for 20 minutes to prevent inflammation. I keep it in my freezer so that it's always available. When using, I place a small towel between the wrap and my knee because I am overly sensitive to the cold all ice packs generate. I can place it on the back or front of my knee--depending upon where I feel a little "tweak after exercising. Great thing is that I can walk around with it on if I need to as the straps give a snug fit (no slipping) if you need one. The straps are very long (reason for 4 stars rather than 5 on ease of use), but I understand that this is a one size fits all and I am a woman with small knees. I would highly recommend.

I injured my knee playing soccer, the packs are magic. I have xxl legs, the packs attach really well with the Velcro straps. I have one pack on and the other in the freezer and swap them over to manage the swelling and pain I thoroughly recommend the twin pack product

Delivery was good. I have used it several times and appreciate the sturdy, long straps that make it easy to wrap around the knee and even the shoulder. I am impressed and like it. I have used it cold in one sitting, and it stays cold for up to 30 minutes.

Purchased this to wrap my surgically repaired knee after basketball matches - has really helped with keeping swelling down and unable to slip off. Happy with the product!

Excellent era nicely around knee. I just had a total knee replacement and after physio use the ice to keep swelling down.
