LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! Other than a blemish by the volume/power key (which doesn't bother me bc I use a case), the phone looks new!

Poorly done refurbishments with cheap after market parts used
LCD screen failed after about 3 months and started to just glow green with green stripes at times. Tried to work with the seller rectify but their customer support was horrible and denied refurbishing the phone with a cheap after market LCD that's known to fail. Had to take it to a mobile phone repair store and spend even more money to retrieve and then delete my data off of the phone. The technician was able to guess, without me providing any information or context, that the phone had been refurbished. He told me that it was clearly a poorly done refurbishment job with loose parts barely held together once the phone case was sealed. Buy from this seller at your own risk as I might as well have just flushed money down the toilet!

GPS doesn't work
Everything on the phone works fine except the GPS. The location for the GPS is not accurate. I'll spare you the details of my car ride today, but it was beyond frustrating...... basicly as soon as I left it said "GPS signal lost" and then never tracked my actual location.

Do not buy! No support! Dead phone!
I ordered this phone January 28th. Everything went ok with the phone for a couple months. It came in like-new condition and worked well. I was satisfied with it for a short while. However, in June, Samsung sent out UI6.1 Update. That update disabled the touchscreen for hundreds of S21's and other models. Check their Community forum where people are furious. I tried everything to get it back. Luckily I had a USB mouse to restart the phone and navigate.There is NO SUPPORT here on Amazon. It directs you back to Samsung dot com. When I chatted with Samsung support they were of no help and only offered a new phone at a discount. They told me NOT to buy my phone here. Amazon is not an authorized retailer even though it says "Samsung" as the seller. I still have the chat logs to prove this. A theory from news outlets is that resellers are using non-OEM screens which don't work with the new system updates.Long story short, don't buy a Samsung as they will brick your phone and not help you. Don't buy here as it is not an authorized seller and potentially used non-OEM parts that don't work with updates.

Exactly what you expect
After about a year of ownership I still don't have any issues. It's a great phone with an amazing camera. It even came with a screen protector installed

Almost but no...
Unfortunately i have come to find that renew or refurbished phones are about luck. This one looks just like new but the scheen moves by itself, doing all sorts of things like getting in apps or playing music. I'll try my luck with another one.
