Academy Award® winner Emma Stone ("La La Land") stars in Disney's "Cruella," an all-new live-action feature film about the rebellious early days of one of cinemas most notorious â and notoriously fashionable â villains, the legendary Cruella de Vil. "Cruella," which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief, and together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella's flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman, a fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute, played by two-time Oscar® winner Emma Thompson ("Howards End," "Sense & Sensibility"). But their relationship sets in motion a course of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her wicked side and become the raucous, fashionable and revenge-bent Cruella. The costumes, the music, and pitting Emma Stone versus Emma Thompson. They did a great job playing off of each other. The script itself had some very funny dialogue, and the actors delivered it very well. So when it comes to this particular movie, there are many little things to enjoy about it. It’s that well done. There are nods to the 101 dalmatians movie that are very enjoyable to people who have seen it, the music will be great for people who like 1960s British music, people who love costumes will love the costumes, there’s just a lot of creativity that went into this particular movie and I enjoyed it so much. a very fun (and underrated!) movie. yes, it's Disney, but a great and experienced cast made this much more than a slick production. that Stooges song was unexpected but totally made the scene and made me a believer in this movie.

Probably the best Disney movie of all time
I was bored at home and decided to rent this. Pros: Incredibly great especially for a Disney movie. Great actors, amazing plot twists. I am almost ashamed to admit how much I enjoyed a Disney movie, probably the best money I spent on a movie since 30 days of nights. Cons: Amazon doesn’t let you keep the movie forever. It disappears after a certain amount of days. Overall: A movie that can be watched solo or as a family without any awkward moments. Very PG-13
