Lemon powder
I hadn't tried this before. But it certainly is worth it for making lemonade, tasty. And cooking. Lemon cake and the drizzle is very tangy. Real lemons are good. But I've found with this added to it it's very good.

I have to drink a lot of citric acid to help prevent kidney stones. Two teaspoons of this stuff with a little sugar in a glass of water, tastes pretty darn close to real lemonade (American style).

Wasteful
Can’t really taste anything. I’ve just added 4 tablespoons to 500ml of water and there is now a small taste. Won’t be buying it again I’m afraid
