The media could not be loaded. Exactly how it was described. I love how it is conformed to your fingers and it makes sense. Not really heavyweights at all, but if you’re running with it, and the repetition of you flexing will definitely make a difference. This is quality made so it will last you.

Very Comfortable
For some reason I thought each of these weights was 2 lbs, but each is 1 lb. They are comfortable and easy to clean. I have been using them for 2 months worth of runs now and they have held up well.
