Good pads but nothing exceptional.
Everything about Kotex is good quality but these specific cotton pads weren't as absorbent as I assumed. I just bought them to give it a try as I was looking for organic cotton pads and in the mainstream market, their pads are the best in quality. However, I prefer other organic pads only sold online but these are doable.
