I took a big gamble by ordering an expensive mirror online hoping that the delivery would be a clean one. Indeed the delivery was superb and the unit arrived- double packed and carried home by two men. After installation- the mirror has become the limelight of my grey & chrome themed bath. My installation point is to keep it just above the 'splash-range' of water - although minor globules of water are bound to end up on the shiny thing. All in all- I recommend this beauty made in China for anyone looking for a long term mate in the bath which is solidly built and delivers quality too. Only wish that the chrome was cheaper than the other shades :((

The steel has already rusted badly

Just as described and very good price

Bought 2, one arrived without shipping and packaging materials, just the outside box. Opened it and quickly saw the reason it was returned (though I am angry Amazon sent this opened one to me). Opened the one in new original condition and it had the same issue. The mirror glass is hazy / foggy and cannot be cleaned. There were other quality disappointments like the metal mounting bars were attached to the back with very cheap tape, which left the adhesive all over the bars and difficult to clean off. If is not shipped with hardware to use on drywall, just cement walls (guess that is the norm in China). It is disappointing that Kohler has joined the ranks of putting there name on low quality items to make a quick buck. I would think the brand reputation was worth more than that.
