Blue Pietersite Navy Blue Chatoyant Stone Stamped Oxidized Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings

Description

Pietersite is one of those lesser known stones. It is a deep navy blue with flashes of light blue & gold running throughout. These Pietersite stones were bezel set in ornate Sterling Silver wire. The earrings were hand fabricated from Sterling Silver sheet metal. I added a decorative scalloped edge, and some hand stamped accents. The Sterling was oxidized to add a patina, and highlight the design elements. Hung from hand fabricated Sterling Silver French wires. The earrings are 1" in length, and 1" in width.
