Got these on offer. Not sure if they will be a regular purchase given that there are only 120 tablets. Good selection of vitamins and minerals from a recognised brand. Didn't want a multivitamin with too much vitamin A and iron which ones aimed at younger people seem to have.

Trying to get the intended recipient of these to take vitamins is like bathing a cat. Even something as simple as taking a small tablet every day is beyond the capabilities of the cantankerous old goat. So when he finally agreed to try this formula it was a rare victory. I still have to stand over him threatening to hold his nose until he swallows them and then inspect his mouth prison style to make sure he is not hiding it somewhere in his jowls. But miracles do occur as he seems to like these and will take one a day most of the time without being bribed. I'll take a win when one is offered. I'm not sure what vitamins grumpy old men need to flourish but these seem to have a long list of ingredients so I assume they do what they say they do. And they are good value for money. Which helps as the lazy swine spends most of his days snoozing in front of the telly while I am hard at work. It's a good job I love him.

Quite a large tablet and difficult to swallow.

A safe, quality product. I noticed, soon after taking these vitamin/mineral tablets for the mature man, an increase in physical and mental energy. First rate.

Obviously I cannot comment on vitamin effectiveness sure they are fine. I do find these tablets VERY difficult to swallow, so much so I am throwing them away. Tried cutting in half, still difficult and uncomfortable. Don't want to choke on something designed to maintain my health.
