Great value for struts and so far so good. I have only had the struts in for about a week but they seem to be performing just as they should. I rated 5 stars because I am satisfied with the product.

I received the package. Although I seen a picture of a microwave on the box I assumed it was a recycled box. As soon as I removed my tire I went to check the box to make sure the part is correct... IT WAS A ACTUAL MICROWAVE in the box. I'm currently waiting on my return.I reordered the shocks from the same company again on the same day because at this point I just wanted it done. It's been 2 weeks these shocks are just as low as my old struts. Seems to be getting lower every day. I do not recommend this product. Again I'm still awaiting my refund from the first incident.

These do not last. You may get 2 years max. Wish I could convert to standard shack absorbers and strots

Lifted my Tahoe 1 inch I also added 1.5 leveling kit which Leveled it with rear and it rides very good!

Use on 2016 GMC Yukon Denali xl

Both of them had the connections torn out of the top of the shocks . Now it’s been a hassle to get refunded.

Good parts

I needed to replace my front struts on my GMC 1500, I read the reviews of all I could find. some reviews indicated the loss of ride height this strut had good reviews and nothing said about that. After install I immediately lost 1 inch of height. Over the coarse of a week I lost another inch. I ended up with a different pair of just the shock portion and had my original GM springs installed with them. That did the trick.Just an update, Ballmers Auto Parts has been very quick to offer help in resolving this issue. They seem to be a good company to work with. I have given them feedback on the spring issues and what I have seen.
