Strong and sturdy
Quite heavy but that’s expected considering it’s a large steel plate to reinforce the table from monitor arms, covers a lot of area, but otherwise, good quality

Excellent plate to distribute pressure
Excellent product. It helps distribute the pressure from any type of clamp you attach to your desktop. The plate allowed me to mount a heavy monitor (with a mount) on a fairly weak desk, and it still held up very well.
