This is one of the best purchases we've ever made. This air fryer is not only stylish, but it works like a dream! Everything we cook in it comes out perfect and has much better flavor, and just the right outer crisp on steaks, chicken, baked potatoes & more! When we have guests, they rave about the flavor thats locked in! We had the cheap, Walmart ones & they didnt last long at all. This one is still cooking like it did the first day! Easy to clean, high quality, racks are very sturdy. I could add more but I'm sure I've made my point!

I ordered this at the request of my wife and didn't really feel that we needed it, boy was I wrong! We have had it for several weeks now and I use it several times each day. This is our first air fryer and I'm amazed at how versatile this oven is! I am air frying foods now that I roasted before and what a difference, everything tastes better! This little oven does almost everything well (except toast) and is my main go to kitchen cooker! Highly recommended!

Emerald has never let me down!!! I would buy the oven again and again My beautiful Thermador died after 6 years of excellent service but to replace it now is over $6000.00 I’m retired so it’s going to be a while before I can replace it. I saw this oven on TV and didn’t hesitate. I ordered and my new best friend was delivered the next day. I couldn’t believe the size it fits my big Dutch oven and can act as an air fryer it has so many settings. To be honest I thought I couldn’t live without my Thermador but I’ll keep since the burners work and you my Emerald oven for now

After one year of use I am ready to review. - Pro's EASY to use, works as describes airfrys and rotisserie works like a charm. I've used this for a year as a all in one replacement for everything kitchen aside from my precision cooktop. -Cons. Replacement parts are 3rd party unknown metals. No replacement parts for current model. Rotisserie can only handle so much.

I use this 2-4 times a week, and it works great I have not used all the features as yet but I don’t foresee any issues. The instructions and recipe book are very useful and clear. Everything is made well very sturdy I wash all the attachments by hand and they come out perfect.

This is an honest real review. I bought an Emil Legasse French Door Air Fryer 360 four days ago. It arrived yesterday. I'm very pleased and blessed. I'm 71 years old, 4'8" tall and weigh 83 lbs., down these past two years from my normal 120 +/- lbs. I live in a camper after the death of my husband two years ago. I have physical limitations due to age, height, weight and constant pain of several varieties. But I am not homeless and I'm very grateful for this home. Even so there are a few things that do not work well or at all in this aging RV. The gas is turned permanently off because it leaked whenever I tried to use it. The electrical power is simply limited because of it's status as a camper. I have a hot plate and a space heater and working original AC. I have a microwave oven and an instant pot. And I get by just fine. But I cannot eaaily bake my famous homemade bread or anything else. I bought a small toaster oven at Goodwill which has a brave heart but is truly not up to the status of an oven or even a toaster. I was asked to make a red velvet birthday cake for a friend's mom last week with cream cheese frosting. I did it with the small old toaster oven from Goodwill and it came out well but I paid minute by minute attention to the baking to keep it from both undercooking or burning. It was a fine cake but not outstanding. It was good but could have been a really great cake. So i bought the Emil Legasse French Door Air Fryer 360 on Amazon's Prime Day which arrived yesterday. I am very very glad I did, I should have bought it months ago. I'm still learning the functions and controls of course and I'm a little confused by them. I'm sure it wlll become easier. This morning I made toast. I ate five slices. With a total of half a stick of butter. And if i could dance I would get up on the roof and dance all day for joy. This oven is awesome! This is an honest real review. It's a great appliance that has a bit of a learning curve for me Be aware that it uses the entire wattage this camper has available so it takes careful use. I turned every other electrical thing else off to use it.

I've had time to use our new air fryer and learn more about it as a first time users of these it was a learning process in the beginning. That being said it was really easy to use. I didn't find the instructions honestly to be complete. I never found how to (preheat). I actually had to find that info through other methods. Hopefully I'm doing it correctly but either way it works. If you want to preheat something you must put it on grill, roast, bake or something that gives you the "PH" symbol in the digital read out area that displays the temperature and time. Run it for a few minutes then switch it to the desired preset selection such as "Air fry". The video that shows the smoke seeping from the top outer corners of the doors is absolutely correct. I don't see that as being something wrong with it so far so good. Once you start cooking it will alarm half way through the desired set time. This is to alert you in the event you wish to flip what your cooking over. It will alarm again several beeps at the end of the desired cook time. You should wait until it displays "Off" in the digital area where you find the time to cook and temp. The reason for this is that it vents all of the hot air out of the oven. That takes approx 1 or 2 minutes. Once it displays "Off" you can open the doors and you'll notice you aren't filling your kitchen with undesired heat. Then you can remove your freshly cooked meal. I found it easy to clean however I will say cleaning the heating elements is not desirable to me. Please make sure you read the cleaning instructions fully before doing so they are delicate. Don't use anything overly abrasive on them and only use soap and water nothing potentially flammable and never when hot. The rest of the oven is easy to clean, they are as well just be careful with them. It comes with everything shown so you have all you need for cooking. Those are easy to clean as well. I cooked a couple of times before cleaning the drip pan and it was a bit harder to clean due to cooked on grease that expelled from the cooked items. Now I clean the drip pan every time. I absolutely give this five stars it hits all the marks for me. It's easy to use, easy to clean, it fits perfectly anywhere on my counter I want to place it. It's small but mighty! You can really cook a lot and a couple of things at the same time if so desired. The doors are really nice how you just hand open one the other opens at the same time. I hardly ever use my oven anymore because I really do like how this cooks my meals from Steak to meatloaf, hamburgers, veggies, potatoes. I like not having to use cooking oil or grease in it. For some things I use the oil only for basic prep before then it's strained, seasoned and or breaded and put in the basket to cook. If you purchase this I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and I do recommend it!

I replaced another countertop oven based on the reviews. Works well. Easy to scroll to different uses. I like hearing a bell when it is halfway during it's set time. Preheat works well and is very fast. I have broiled steaks, baked cakes, air fried leftover french fries, all came out perfect. Good instruction manual. The only thing that needs work is the shelves pull out easily and you can drop hot items . You almost need two hands. One to pull out your cooked food and one to hold the shelf in place. Easy to burn your hand if you are not careful.
