St. Ives Naturally Clear Apricot Scrub, Blemish Control 6 oz (Pack of 2)

Best stuff for a glowing face AND if you find pictures of Prince (Rodgers Nelson)'s boudoir/makeup table from the picture taken inside of Paisley Park when he died, you will see St. Ives clearing apricot scrub amongst his products. Been using this stuff for at least 35 years. It's simply the best and my skin proves it! It gets off makeup, cleans pores, removes dead skin (the Apricot shells) and lightly softens (courtesy of the Apricot oil). I do wish they'd bring back the original formula with the coarser ground shells, but it's still a great product.

This product is an oldie but goodie. I have combination skin, keratosis pilaris, and get mild acne/blackheads. This St. Ives facial scrub takes care of all of it, at a very affordable price. It has 2% salicylic acid (a beta hydroxy acid), environmentally-friendly physical exfoliants (walnut shells and corn kernel meal), and the faint apricot smell I remember from my childhood’s “apricot facial scrub”. Plus it’s not tested on animals! I use this every morning, and use a non-exfoliating cleanser at night. I think it would be too harsh for me to use twice a day. It leaves my skin glowing!

Good stuff. A little goes a long way. It is on the abrasive side but you’ll be fine with gentle circular application. Good clean results. I use it in the shower.

I've tried various exfoliants and face washes and they either work well but dry out my skin a lot or don't do much and feel like having a thin film over my skin. So far this has been working really well. I have oily skin on my forehead and nose, but drier skin on the rest of my face and this neither dries it out nor leaves my skin feeling oilier. Rather, it feels softer and refreshed -- nice and clean. My skin isn't terribly sensitive, so not sure how well it'd work on really sensitive skin. The scrub part is kind of rough, which I don't mind, but if you have sensitive skin I imagine you'll want to be extra gentle if you get it. I bought this based on other user reviews having never used it before nor any other St Ives products in a very long time (and back then it was just a basic moisturizing lotion). Great price for getting two of these as well!

St. Ives can be used on your face and body daily to renew skin

Rinse your face, gently rub this cleaner into your skin, then rinse off. Your skin will be bright and soft to the touch. The scent is pleasant and tolerable(no migraines for me). It is a scrub so be careful not to rub to hard and cause bruising.
