I have been wearing them every day for about 4 days. I have a little difficulty when putting my socks on over them and when putting my shoes on because of the extra bulk. But they are not bulky. I manage to slide my socks and then slide my shoes and they stay put. They cushion the ball of my feet where I have arthritis and walking is painful. So they do help a little. Very happy with my purchase! I am adding a comment to my earlier review of about 2 weeks ago. I have been wearing them almost consistently now for about 2 weeks. Yesterday one of the straps broke, even tough I am very careful when I take them of. I have skinny fee 7AA so the with of my feet is not an issue. I guess the issue is the wear and tear. As I said I have been wearing them almost everyday during the day. So I am not very happy with my purchase anymore… 😌

They tend to slip around and roll up. Not really thick enough to prevent the tenderness and pain when you walk. Seller was quick and courteous - just not what I thought I was getting.

The silicone pads do provide pressure relief when you’re on your feet whether you’re only doing daily chores or exercising. I used it with my ballroom shoes and for the first time the ball of my feet were not sore afterwards. I like that the box came with two pairs, so you can alternate the pair in between washes. I only gave it 3 stars b/c the thin & narrow straps to keep in place easily broke after 2 to 3 hours of just walking at work. I felt the pad slide to the arch of my left foot & needed to be repositioned. Perhaps the straps could be thicker for it to hold & stay in place. Considering using a different pad.

They are comfortable but the narrow strap that goes around the big toe always rips off. I had several that did that, other wise it’s very good protection under the ball of foot. Hopefully that can be taken care of..

Definitely not worth it. The gel itself is super soft, but when you go to put them on and then try to put socks over them you have to ensure that the sock does not catch or it rolls every single time. They are also extremely flimsy as can be seen in the photo where this one tore on the second use. I have used others with a gel insert Inside an elastic sleeve and I will be going back to that

They look thin however when you take them out of the package, they are comfortable support the area of my foot I need help with and work well. They take no extra space up in your shoe. You can put a sock over them. They are not customized to be left or right only which means if you have a problem on 1 foot you have four pads to fix it instead of two like all other companies. Size and fit are perfect. Due to four surgeries on my foot I will be wearing these forever. This is the perfect product for me. Thank you so much.

I can’t find out if they work out or not because they roll every time I try to put on a sock or wear slippers and definitely not on hard floor!????? Would not recommend.
