I am a big fan of the concept of HVAC scent. It makes so much sense and is far superior to having plug-ins in every room that only last a month. This was easy to set up. We used the advice of another review and attached it to the vent with plumber's putty. I wish it came with another component to screw it into the vent too, but this works well. That is our recommendation for installation. Our attachment could be prettier - it's in the wall so it doesn't matter all that much.NOTE: This does not come with sample scents. You should buy them with the machine to test it out.As of the posting of this review, we have had it for a week. There are so many scent oils to choose from. Currently, we have orange blossom and you can always tell when the AC and the machine kick on at the same time. There is a blast of new scent. I am nose blind to it already during regular operation (as it always goes ☹), but after installing it the entire house smelled like the chosen scent when I walked in the door.The app was easy to install. I don't like that it asks for location every time that you connect. The UI leaves much to be desired, but it works. YOU MUST SELECT EVERY DAY that you want to schedule or it will appear that the time schedule has reverted and your selections were not saved. That seems to be an issue in many other reviews. To check, select those days again. Selected days are the ones with the white fill. That is not straightforward. Once that was figured out, adding an automated schedule was super simple and it worked well. The schedules are very customizable to your preferences. If you need specifics for different days, you can have up to 5. The run time and pause time are customizable for each schedule.Update: this works with pure scent oil for a few weeks before gets clogged and needs to be cleaned with alcohol to start working again. You can dilute scent oil with 90-99% isopropyl to prevent this. 70% will not work! This is still decent for the price point so I’m not updating the stars.

Great value, quality, easy to use, large reservoir great price and great customer service!I love this diffuser! For the money you can’t beat it! It holds 500 ml of oil so I won’t have to be messing with refills every week. So easy to use. Fill the bottle, screw on the top and slide it into place and done! I love that there is an app to control the settings. I can change the frequency and length of spray from anywhere! It seems like a sturdy device. I knocked it over on my counter and it didn’t break or spill. There is a lock on the door and they give you a key. I tied a string around the key and taped it to the side and of the machine so I won’t lose it. Now the customer service… I lost the piece to connect the hose for HVAC attachment. I contacted customer service via email to see if they sold parts. They responded less than 24 hours later. They do not sell parts and could have left me lost without the piece but they didn’t. They sent a picture of the part I am missing to confirm it was the correct part & requested I send a picture of the device I have to ensure correct attachment. They said they will contact the warehouse and see if they have a spare and have it sent to me right away. I expected them to be a little store who just pushes products out and doesn’t have any customer service, like a TikTok shop, but was pleasantly proven wrong!! My house smells so good! Thank you so much JCloud!!

Connected my JCloud Diffuser to the HVAC system. What a great idea and the house smells great! Had to play around with the settings to figure out how long to turn on and to pause. After trial and error, it's been great! Just make sure to pickup a good scent for the house and quality. Some mentioned about how loud it is. It's not loud at all. Not crazy loud.I'll provide an update in a few months.

I have had this product for less than a year and it has stopped working

This is not JCLOUD diffuser or anything near it, the device came broken not emitting any aroma scent, just mimicking them sounds.. requesting refund, return and an apology… teeeet

This machine worked fantastic when I first bought it 3 months ago. It now doesn't seem to be pumping scent like it did originally. Im not sure if it can be taken apart to clean or how to trouble shoot. I adored this machine when it first arrived. Now I can't tell that it's even working. Curious if anyone else has experienced a similar issue.Update*JCLOUD issued a full refund. Their customer service is excellent. I'm going to try my luck with a larger model similar to this unit from jcloud.
