Everything is great! From taste to results! But the fact that I get these lumps with my product makes me not want to buy it again! This has to be my 2nd order that comes like this and I always order 2 tubs! Will change product if my other batch comes out the same tbh…

It costs 2-3X as much as other BCAAs… but wow.. is it worth it. The fruit punch… TASTES LIKE FRUIT PUNCH.. this stuff is not pasty and chalky and disgusting like other BCAA products out there. Plus it has liver and joint support. This stuff is VERY ENJOYABLE and easy to drink daily.. initially I was upset because the first product I got was the lemon lime flavor that was a month from expiration and all clumped up and rotten inside. Just completely ruined.. but this definitely made up for it and made me a future customer of All Day You May… (REST IN PEACE TO RICH). To the other comments complaining about energy.. THIS IS NOT A PREWORKOUT!!! ITS A BCAA SUPPLEMENT!!

I have been using this product for a couple years now and love it. Perfect buzz in the mornings before a workout, great flavor, overall consistently satisfying before my workouts. Highly recommend!

Xtra energy to get me through a tough workout

Best BCAA available...I drink it with my Animal cuts (blue pop and lemon lime mixes amazing) in the morning....then when I work out( I take it with my animal STAK and PUMP) AWESOME results all around..and it's good to drink an hr after a hard core work out....just amazing product I already ordered my second ADYM fruit punch!!!! I recommend this to anyone lifting or in a hard core sport like track wrestling or football

This is the review I just left re AMAZON. I REALLY want to return this product. I am so unhappy. And darn it, the return window closed 2 days ago. I tried to hit return on my phone, but I HATE using my phone for anything. Which is probably how I ended up with this God Awful tasting product. It's YUCK!!! I didn't even know they made other flavors than Fruit Berry, which is what I ALWAYS order. So unhappy :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( I can't stand this product flavor. I HATE IT!!!! And am so mad I bought it and CAN'T return it. I don't want it at all. I've been using the fruit punch flavor for years. I didn't even know they made a different flavor. I hate using my phone for any transactions because it is too small to me. But I was out of product. So made the mistake of ordering on my phone. And just made this. And it was GREEN instead of the usual pink flavor. I was like what the heck? I am too busy, and couldn't figure out how to return on my phone. Now when I had time to do the return on my computer, it says the return window closed 2 days ago. What the heck? I want my money back and I want to throw this nasty tasting garbage in the trash. Fruit punch flavor it great. This is total YUCK!!!! I would say it's negative 10 stars. Sadly, I can only select 1 star as the lowest. NEVER will buy this flavor again. And am not sure I will buy this product again since I can't return this garbage flavor for the nice tasting fruit punch!!!!

Après avoir testé AllDayYouMay pendant plusieurs semaines, voici mon retour : Ce produit convient parfaitement à la phase de développement musculaire. Avec un rapport de 10:1:1, les 6g de BCAA par portion sont une excellente addition à ma routine d'entraînement. 🏋️‍♂️ Concernant la consommation, j'ai trouvé assez pratique de mélanger une portion de 15,5g avec 300-500ml d'eau, et je l'ai souvent pris pendant mes séances. 💧 Le fait qu'il soit adapté à la consommation avant, pendant ou après l'entraînement le rend très versatile. Cependant, bien que la composition soit excellente, le goût pourrait être amélioré. J'ai dû mélanger le produit avec d'autres saveurs pour le rendre plus agréable. C'est un point sur lequel je pense que la marque pourrait travailler. En dépit de cela, je recommande vivement pour ses bénéfices musculaires. Si vous êtes prêt à expérimenter un peu avec les saveurs, c'est un complément que vous pourriez apprécier 👍🍹
