It's a really good filter helps with hard water stains. This RiverSoft filter is easy to use and install. Premium quality product. Cloths feel softer and cleaner after every wash. This item works really well and its having value for money.

This really helps a lot I have attached to my washing machine and the water hardness really come down...... You can also attached to shower and it will obviously help to your hair and make your bath perfect at this price point it is a perfect perfect product for Indian market

Generally okay
The short pipe that attaches the filter to the washing machine was broken so it was inconvenient fitting it. Otherwise, so far it has been working okay.

Not usefull. Damaged product
The softener doesn't connect to the L shape connector provided keeps slipping. Cannot use it now, waste of money

This is a good accessory for attaching to washing machine for water softening. Washing & cleaning is vastly improved and washing cycle time is reduced

Excellent build quality. Now I can't qauntify how much better my water has got. I will do a test of TDS and update my review. But my main reason for buying this brand were: Strong build quality Seperate filter available Seperate resin balls available
