It is approximately the same configuration of a briefcase and will definitely house your MAC Pro with no problem. If your planner, pens, chargers for phone and laptop, earbuds, and 2 personal pouches fit into a standard briefcase, they will fit here as well. As far as the weight of the briefcase itself, it is lighter than a hard-sided briefcase. I really can't accurately access what you may consider "heavy" but I did not find it so.

Q: Can I fit 2 laptops in here?

You could fit 2 laptops but there wouldn’t be room for much else, maybe a 1” binder. I do like this bag very much!

Yes madam. I have a 15 inch Laptop and I just took the bag out of the plastic and it fit very well. There is a special compartment just for your laptop. There is another full compartment in front of computer area possibly for files or paperwork and 3 other smaller areas and a zipper pouch. On the front there is two large cell phone like compartments. This bag is very sleek and very roomy. You want be disappointed. Donna
