Awesome product, great to consume during a marathon. They contributed to my recent PB marathon at Philadelphia.

These were a must. I accidentally bought these instead of the gels. They are a few bucks more but totally work it. The taste is great and your ability to eat it while working out (without the fear of chocking down gel) was awesome. I was a little apprehensive about the Cola flavors, but it was kind of nice to have the thought and flavor of a “Coke” mid-race. Would use again!!

The flavoring for these was completely wrong. To me they are more like artificial cinnamon flavor (think Red Hots candy). Of course I hate cinnamon flavored candies. HOWEVER, I stomached 2 of these during a long bike ride and they performed much better than regular Gu gels do for me. Definitely like the consistency and am interested in trying other flavors.

I was looking forward to this but felt initially uneasy trying it because the box itself inside was dusty and the product arrived squished with the contents spilling out. The taste is okay but don’t know if I’d buy it again considering quality control doesn’t seem good.

Not a gel like others I have used. Taste is ok, kinda like a flat soda.

Tastes similar to gels, take x2 space compared to gels, but this is much faster to consume and needs less water after. Can recommend to try

Das ist mit Abstand das am schlecht schmeckendste Energy gel das ich jemals hatte. Es schmeckt so schlecht das ich mir unsicher bin ob es schon schlecht geworden ist, also abgelaufen ist trotz noch gültigem mhd
