VERY happy with my new Para'Kito mosquito band! It's lightweight, comfortable (very pretty!) AND protects against the itchy little annoying mosquitos! (Prevents mosquito spreading diseases too when they don't bite you!) That's all the major positives....my ankles are bigger than the band I ordered--however, it wraps around my wrist perfectly and is a cotton. It emits the smell like a citronella candle so it's OK but not peppermint smelling as I thought it might be. Only other thing to note is it's EXCELLENT to wear around your shorts loop (upper or lower) rather than on wrist if you will be doing alot of outdoor, sweaty exercise as in the 90+ summer temps my wrists sweat and under those conditions I moved it to my belt loop because it's cotton and doesn't wick the sweat. I LOVE it and will definitely order more! Happy PROTECTED outdoors to you all!

Wore this while out hiking and did not have one mosquito bite. The smell is not bad and your barely notice it on. Will be ordering another to wear around my ankles too when wearing shorts...just in case!

I like how easy this is to use! I use it when I go on walks with my dog and I usually clip it onto the leash instead of wearing it. When I wear it, it just gets a little sweaty underneath it. It works pretty well, but doesn’t last long. I tried spraying some of my essential oils on the band to see if that would work, but the band doesn’t really absorb it, so it kind of works but not like I had hoped.

Absolute best bug repellent brand we use these for anything outdoors on both my husband and I our daughter and now we just attach one to the stroller for our son

I am very sensitive to mosquitoes and was keen to try this, hopeful that I might find a workable alternative to all the chemical sprays. This was the worst product I have ever tried. There were so many mosquitoes biting me, this seemed to be attracting them rather than repelling. After an hour outside, the only exposed part of me that hadn't been bitten was a 3 inch stretch of my arm where the bracelet was. Meanwhile, my three companions who were wearing no repellent at all had zero bites. This may deter the occasional bite, but if you tend to attract biting bugs, this will do absolutely nothing. Several days later and I am still uncomfortable from all the bites I received. A waste of money.

Affective mosquito repellent that’s waterproof and does it’s job for up to 10 days, where can you go wrong? The value for the price is most definitely fair the only thing I would say is I change the Pellets after 10 days Instead of 14 because I found you that good coverage last 10 days. I love mine, I have like three different styles and I get compliments on them all the time and I’m always like oh it’s just a mosquito bad lol

I live in AZ, so now that it is hot it is hard to get outside when the sun is still out. This band keeps the skeeters at bay and works great. I actually have the same band from last year and the insert still smells strongly. I keep them in a sealed jar when not in use. I wear one on my wrist and one on my leg for optimal protection!

We bought to of these and used them while on vacation. One had a really strong odor. We still got bites and bugs would land right next to them. Would we have gotten more bites without them, possibly. We used a spray and had better luck.

Used this one for a week trip to Zambia in the rainy season. Used it in combination with the spray of the same brand. To my surprise I didn't get bitten once. Will use it again for sure. Did use a mosquito net at night and kept it on my wrist 24h/day expect when showering.

Bei reinschieben des Durftträgers in das dafür vorgesehene Netz, ging dieses schon kaputt. Der Duft ist sehr stark und persönlich finde ich ihn zu penedrant um ihn direkt am Arm zu tragen. Die Schnaken fanden das Armband jedoch auch noch so toll, dass der Arm an dem ich es getragen habe regelrecht attackiert wurde. Einzig an dem Arm wurde ich nur noch gestochen und das gleich 7 mal in einer Nacht. Für mich ist das Produkt leider in sämtlichen punkten durchgefallen.
