It's a bolt!
Purchased this as I was doing a timing chain and phaser replacement on my 2011 Ford Expedition and wasn't sure if the harmonic balancer bolt was a torque-to-yield bolt so I bought this to be safe. bolt came in a plastic bag and the threads were a little rough but not unusable, torqued fine and is holding strong so far.

I went round and round with Grok AI about the correct part number for this bolt on my 2010 F150 5.4 3 Valve with engine code "V". Grok insisted the correct part number was/is HL3Z-6A340-A which I purchased on eBay and it was not the correct bolt being over 2 inches longer than the OEM bolt. I ended up returning it and the owner/manager said the correct part number is F5RZ-6A340-B which he did not have and which Grok disagreed with. I used a thread gauge to check the OEM bolt and it's a 12m x 1.5 @ ~50mm in length which matches this bolt exactly. Why they do not say the bolts dimensions in the description here on Amazon is a mystery, but Rufus confirmed the dimensions which matched what I measured so I bought the bolt....and it is the correct bolt for a 2010 F150 5.4 engine code "V" What I have found is Ford used a few different crankshaft pulley bolts before and after 2010 so it's best to remove the bolt and check before buying one or get one directly from the Ford dealer....which is what I wish I had done from the beginning.

Torque to yield bolt. Toss your old bolt away and use a new bolt. These bolts stretch slightly during the torque procedure.
