The media could not be loaded. This pull start replacement is great! I put it on a Losi 8 rtr with a dynamite .21 motor and it is perfect! Just make sure to tighten the 4 screws when you install it. I put a dab of loctite to make sure they don't come undone. The rotary starter does not come with a battery so you have to provide your own...and it uses a tamiya plug. I had to put a tamiya to deans adapter to it and now I can use my own Nimh or 2 cell Lipos. Takes about 5 seconds to start the car...way better than the pull start. Just make sure the rod is inserted all the way to the starter before activating the switch so the grooves don't strip. Great item!

After the first few uses the button you hold was getting extremely hot. I took it apart and it is unbelievably cheaply made. It’s dangerous. I decided to use a rag to protect me from the heat and use it until it dies. Sure enough it melted and quit working. Ridiculous

Have to say this helped me a lot.. i had to open the roto start to fix the parts in place since it wasnt tighened when it arrived and i found out after i installed and use it. But i am happy with it as nothing was missing and its running perfectly after i reassembled it. May get more for my other rc cars

Kind of disappointed that it didn’t come with the battery and the battery I did order Cost as Much As The product that I originally bought

The gears in the hand held starter stripped on the very first day of use. This product is garbage.

Never used hand starter no battery included I just hooked it to my drill and turned to lowest setting 1or 2 so starting pin doesn’t strip.
