I love the look of this toaster, it matches other Cafe appliances I have. It looks unique and modern. Toast are made within 60 seconds. You can put in frozen bread and push frozen it will defrost then cook. Need it faster you push express. Wow this toaster is so cool I love it. It has extra wide slots. You can also reheat your bagel, toast etc. It will take thick or thin bread. The lever stays down when you push it down. The setting are easy to use. It’s worth the money I paid. I wish they made a can opener to match.

Great toaster that matched my blue, cream and gold kitchen. Have had for a year now and still love it! Pleasing to look at and works well !

If you're looking to have a toaster to match with the rest of your kitchen appliances (like me) than this is the one, it looks good, the white and gold match super nicely but the functionality of it is "okay". It does work, and you do get some pretty good toasted bread or english muffins etc but the side buttons, like the frozen or the temperature setting aren't that great. They work, but not great.

Lever will not stay down, therefore doesn’t toast, and it feels flimsy. Have only used this toaster for less than two months. Product return window closed so can’t return through Amazon. Called the product support number and had to talk to two different people, repeating the model, serial number, and personal information twice. Was told I will get a call next week as to whether or not I can get a refund for this ‘non-toaster’. Don’t waste your time buying this, even though it looks classy on your counter, you won’t like it. ☹️Update 8/6/25: Never heard back from customer support so guess I am SOL with this toaster. Very poor CS and frustrating trying to even get ahold of them. Again, I recommend don’t waste your time and money on this product.

I don't ask much from a toaster. For many years, I've used a vintage Dualite classic, but it was showing showing signs of needing an element, and I know from experience the perils of trying to get the right part. And it never toasted both sides evenly.It does this because the sides of the slot move in toward the middle when you depress it, holding the slice in the exact middle. Not a high speed toaster for the impatient.This one does. The toast it produces is just about perfect. Good range of color control. Easy to use. Big enough slot to accommodate the wide slices of more upscale bread. Very nice looking, too, although a bit in your face.It's a bit easy to bump the color control on the front, as it moves very easily, so watch that.
